At this time, Rooted Path Counseling, PLLC operates as an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to receive reimbursement for therapy services. We are happy to provide a monthly superbill upon request. Please note that clients are responsible for submitting superbills to their insurance company and are encouraged to reach out to their provider to better understand their out-of-network benefits.
I provide telehealth psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem–related concerns.
The length of therapy varies from person to person, as everyone’s needs and circumstances are unique. Treatment is tailored to the individual and may involve meeting twice weekly, weekly, or every other week. We will regularly check in about goals and progress and adjust the frequency and duration of therapy as needed.
I am currently holding virtual therapy sessions via a HIPAA compliant video platform. I currently offer telehealth psychotherapy to clients who are physically located in Connecticut and New Jersey at the time of their session.
Research shows that telehealth psychotherapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns. Telehealth also allows clients to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space.
Yes. I offer a complimentary 15–20 minute virtual consultation. This provides an opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
Session fees vary based on service type and length. Fee information will be discussed during the consultation and outlined clearly prior to starting therapy.
You can begin by scheduling a free consultation through the website. If we decide to move forward, intake paperwork will be provided and must be completed prior to the first therapy session.
